As a divorced mother of twin teenagers with more than 30 years experience taking care of patients (and everyone else!) I looked in the mirror a few years ago and realized I didn’t know the person looking back at me.  I was physically and emotionally exhausted, almost 70 lbs overweight, and I couldn’t even define my dream of a bright, beautiful, exciting and fun future.  I could no longer tell you what filled my heart with joy, when I last belly-laughed, or when I last took time to sit and enjoy a sunrise or watch a beautiful sunset.  I’d lost myself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

It was around this time I suffered some tragic losses and knew I’d be next if I didn’t find some help.  In my search, I discovered Brooke Castillo and The Life Coach School.  Through the education I received at The Life Coach School, I learned how to take control over my present life experiences, learn to live again and learn to create a future of my dreams.
